AARON HENDRICKSON

COACH, KENDO ATHLETE, & HEALTH ENTREPRENEUR

I have been a fitness enthusiast since 2012 and achieved many muscle size, body fat, and strength goals along the way to 2018, when I decided to formalize my education and begin coaching others. I am certified as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and hold 5+ nutrition coaching certifications from Renaissance Periodization, Precision Nutrition, and LifeBase, which afforded me the opportunity to coach nutrition remotely with Division 1 hockey players and prospects for the Windy City Storm in Chicago, IL.

What I’m deeply passionate about though, is helping kendo athletes excel in their art. My journey in strength & conditioning began because of my love for kendo when I first started in 2017. I also have a special place in my heart for, & I excel at creating hypertrophy programs that are designed for optimal muscle growth and fat loss.

I've had the privilege of working with people who have achieved remarkable results. From one client who lost 30lbs in 12 weeks, to others who achieved their first deadlift of 405lbs, to others still whose improved endurance made kendo practice more productive and less of a struggle to catch their breath. I believe in the power of periodized plans because your fitness journey is unique, and I'm here to tailor specifically to your goals and needs.

I'm committed to staying at the forefront of nutrition and exercise science, and I regularly enroll in courses and receive mentorship to ensure I bring you the latest and most effective strategies.
